Lexington Bourbon is made using the finest standard choice grains of rye, malted barley, and corn, as well as filtered water, and is 86 proof. The rye adds just the right amount of spiciness, while the malted barley lets the sweetness of the maize shine through, resulting in a delicious flavor. The result is a rich flavor in seasoned oak smells with a hint of vanilla.

Western Spirits Beverage Company produces Lexington Bourbon. This bourbon takes great pride in upholding Kentucky bourbon heritage. This very subtle bourbon is named after a horse named Lexington, who sired the Duke of Magenta and was one of horse racing's most outstanding purebred sires of the 19th century.

This spirit is matured for several years in Kentucky's finest charred white oak barrels, resulting in a quality that Tasting Panel Magazine awarded 95. At the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, the highly renowned bourbon was also given a Gold medal.

The whiskey has a mild aroma with faint notes of smoked wood and caramelized wood. A hint of candied pecan at the tip of the tongue immediately gives way to a robust, smokey oak that lingers towards the rear. The body is round, and the finish is oaky with sweet ginger. •  In a Collins glass with ice, pour the Bourbon.
•  Fill with ginger ale

• Whisk together the Bourbon and vermouth.
• Add ice and ginger ale.
