Bardstown Bourbon Discovery Series #6 Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Bardstown Bourbon Company Discovery Series #6 is a cask-strength blend of hand-selected, supremely aged sourced bourbons from the Kentucky distillery that has become the leading collaborative blender in American whiskey. For each Discovery release, team members throughout the distillery taste, analyze, and vote on the best recipe, a celebration of the company's collaborative spirit.

Bottled at 111.1 proof, #6 opens with a burst of vanilla, cedar, and candied orange that evolves into dark chocolate and black cherry with floral accents, finishing bold, balanced, and ringing. It is a one-of-a-kind blend meant to be sipped neat or with a drop of water. Discovery Series releases sell out quickly and never return, so this 750 ml bottle is a collector's piece as well as a superb pour.
