Basil Hayden’s x Wildsam Points of Interest Southern California Edition Bourbon 750ml

Produced by the Jim Beam distillery based out of Clermont, KY. Master Distiller Basil Hayden Sr. created his bourbon with a recipe using a traditional corn base but adding small grains into his mash. This recipe resulted in a unique, singular small batch bourbon whiskey that was blessed with rich hints of peppermint, notes of pepper and black tea on the nose. On the palate, honey, spicy white pepper, vanilla and some butterscotch.
