The initial aroma of the Elmer T.Lee can be described as a piping hot funnel cake.  There are vanilla buttercream frosting, sweet dark red fruits, and a faint scent of peaches.  The nose is still overall very light, but you won't be able to pull away from it. A nicely developed palate gives out caramel-soaked raisins and canned peaches in a light syrup. Also, there’s enough rye spice to add some decent complexity.  Overall, the sip is sweet, fruity, and has a bit of spice but isn’t overly rich. Finishes with a decent amount of sweetness and fruitiness with red fruits, more peaches, and a little bit of oak.  The finish is extremely balanced though with no one flavor climbing above the other.
