Hibiki Blossom Harmony is a Japanese whisky that captures the joyful spirit of Sakura blossom season, celebrated in early spring in Japan. The whisky is made by blending rare whiskies finished in Sakura wood casks with malt and grain whiskies from Suntory's Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries. The result is a harmonious blend with an amber color, a nose full of wafting floral scents, sakura, and fragrant olive, a smooth mouthfeel, and flavors of acacia honey, French pear, and a refined sweetness reminiscent of sakura mochi.
