Jung and Wulff honored three significant locations: Trinidad, Guyana, and Barbados, each of which played a pivotal role in sugarcane and rum culture. F. Paul Pacult, a respected reviewer, gave the gorgeously flavored 86 proof, medium-bodied Trinidad rum five stars. The taste of Jung and Wulff Trinidad Rum is on the sweeter side of the spectrum, yet it has been beautifully balanced and flexible when blended in a range of cocktails.

This silky, Trinidadian rum is a combination of molasses-based rums aged up to 15 years, fermented over 48-72 hours. Then the rum is matured in lightly used ex-bourbon barrels in semi-open warehouses in Trinidad's tropical climate. It has no added sugar. Trinidad rum is wonderful to make a cocktail. In an ice-filled glass, combine the rum and lime juice. Fill with soda water and mix well. Add lime. Voila! The Rum Ricky is ready for you to savor. To make the rum punch, a Caribbean delicacy, just blend Trinidad rum, some citrus juices like orange, lime, pineapple, pomegranate, etc, 10 drops of angostura bitters, grenadine syrup, and sugar syrup.
