Made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco’s red clay soils, the agave is slow-roasted in brick ovens, naturally fermented, and twice distilled in copper stills. The spirit is aged for eight months in used American whiskey barrels before being bottled without coloring, flavoring, or sweeteners.
