Since 1743, Moët & Chandon has been the champagne of prosperity and elegance. Ice Impérial is the first, and only champagne explicitly made for drinking over ice. A unique champagne journey that combines lively, fresh, and liberated pleasures while being faithful to Moët & Chandon's essence. A flavorful taste with a roundness and freshness to it.
Moët & Chandon is celebrated for its successes, and iconic pioneer zeal is synonymous with both beloved heritage and innovative enjoyment and has assisted in the celebration of life's many victorious moments for almost 270 years.
Moët Ice Impérial challenges all expectations, providing a sense of freshness and contemporary while remaining true to the spirit. The first and only refreshing champagne is explicitly made for ice consumption. It's primarily crafted with Pinot Noir (40-50%) for its robust fruitiness and texture, with a generous serving of Pinot Meunier (30-40%) for rich, melting flavors on the mid-palate and a splash of Chardonnay (10-20%) for a refreshing aftertaste.
A deep hue. Deep gold with amber accents. Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial has a robust and fruity scent. The pungent aroma of tropical fruits (mango, guava). Stone Fruits' opulence (nectarine). A unique raspberry note. It has the broad, thick, sensual flavor of fresh fruit salad, the enticing richness of caramel and quince jelly, and the refreshing sharpness of grapefruit and ginger overtones. This unique champagne experience combines lively, fresh, and spontaneous emotions while remaining faithful to the Moët & Chandon style, marked by its bright fruitiness, seductive palate, and graceful maturity.
In a large Cabernet-style glass, with Moët & Chandon Champagne, combine three ice cubes and fresh ingredients to enhance the freshness and aromatic richness. Mint leaves, lime or white grapefruit zest, cucumber peel, a skinny slice of ginger, cardamom seeds, and red fruits (strawberries, raspberries) are just a few examples. Chill before serving.
Fill the glass halfway with ice and strawberries. Pour the Champagne over the top of the ice cubes. Garnish with strawberries and a mint leaf. Strawberries accent the subtle sweetness well. In the summer, it's an excellent alternative to Rose or Pimm's.
You'll need lemon juice, grapefruit juice, soda water, simple syrup, Campari, basil leaves, and Moët Ice to make our favorite Mot Red Ruby Cooler. Add all ingredients except the Moët Ice, squeeze basil lightly with the back of a bar spoon, add ice, Moët Ice, swirl lightly to incorporate, decorate with a basil leaf, and grapefruit slices.
We, Bottle Broz, have a lovely champagne collection. Take a look at this.
