Southern Comfort whiskey (or SoCo) is a whiskey liqueur that you've almost certainly seen on back-bars all around the world. It was created by bartender Martin Wilkes Heron in New Orleans in 1874, mixing classic whiskey flavors with the sweet vibrancy of peaches. Southern Comfort is a mildly sweet drink made from a blend of bourbon and fruit ingredients. Southern Comfort is as unique as it has always been. On its own, it's satisfying. In any mixed cocktail, it's delicious. No other liquor is as easy to drink in any way.
