This latest release in the renowned Stagg series from Buffalo Trace Distillery is bottled at barrel strength—126.9 proof—preserving the raw intensity of the whiskey as it emerged from new-charred American oak barrels. The Stagg line uses Mash Bill #1, a low-rye formula crafted to highlight rich grain sweetness and bold depth. The bottle-proof and unfiltered nature ensures the full expression of age, barrel char, and maturation character. 

TASTING NOTES

• Nose: Bright vanilla cream, black cherry, brown sugar, and a hint of leather. 

• Palate: Dense and layered with dark caramel, roasted pecan, cocoa nib, and cigar box oak.
