Aged in first fill Bourbon casks and finished with new American Oak, for an intense rye flavor balanced with warm spice. Proofed with limestone water from the legendary mines of Rosendale, NY and non-chill filtered for the deepest flavors. Aromas of cardamom, pineapple and orange, while the taste profile hints at maple, almond and apricot. Finishes with white pepper and basswood. Awarded GOLD by the 2021 San Francisco Wine & Spirits Competition.
